At InstaCOM, we strive to provide the best possible experience with our Chrome Extension – InstaCOM Social Media Commentor. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only for purchases made directly through InstaCOM (via our website or authorized payment gateways).
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
After 7 days, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
2. Conditions for Refunds
Refunds may be granted only if:
You are experiencing technical issues that prevent the use of the extension, and
Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
Change of mind after purchase
Lack of usage or inactivity
Incompatibility with unsupported browsers, devices, or operating systems
Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal

4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider (Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe, PayU, PhonePe, Paytm, PayPal, etc.).
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
5. Subscriptions & Renewals
Subscription charges are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled prior to renewal.
No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
